Can the RBT go anywhere?
Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) are generally able to provide services in various locations, contingent upon your insurance coverage for the specific place of service. Common settings include the client’s home, daycare facilities, and community parks.
How many hours will my patient get?
The specific number of therapy hours will be determined following a comprehensive assessment conducted by one of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
Will my RBT come with experience?
Absolutely! Dallas ABA Center exclusively employs Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). While many clinics utilize Behavior Technicians (who have completed a 40-hour training), our center strictly hires RBTs, ensuring a higher standard of experience and qualification.
Is In-Home ABA covered by insurance?
Yes, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy is almost universally covered by insurance providers. The home simply serves as a service location; the therapeutic interventions remain consistent.
Do you have a waitlist?
Currently, we do not have a waitlist; however, our availability fills rapidly. We encourage you to contact us as soon as you are ready to begin services, as this status may change without notice.
How soon can we start?
Assessments can typically be scheduled within one week, often sooner. Following the assessment, we generally aim for a therapy start date approximately three to four weeks out, though this timeframe can vary. Expedited start times can be requested.
